I received this text from my Buyer who is currently under contract on a home.

These Buyers are in their due diligence period and they had a few home inspectors they were reviewing. After contacting a few different home inspectors, they decided to go with Andrew. 

I was blown away when they forwarded me Andrew’s message 🤯

I truly had no idea this home inspector gave my referrals a discount! 💵

He is only one of many that I recommend as home inspectors, and that comes from past clients who have expressed that they have liked a particular home inspectors services. It is always up to the Buyer to decide whom they would like to hire for their home inspection. I’m happy to give a few names to check into, but I won’t make that decision for them. 

What I will do for my Buyer clients is set up the appointment and tell the inspector what tests the Buyer would like to have performed. I will also coordinate with the listing agent so the home inspector can do their work uninterrupted. I then meet with the Buyers at the very end of the home inspection and we walk through the property with the inspector to go over any major issues. 

I’m not surprised to hear Andrew offers a discount to my Buyers. He is good at what he does, and he has a good heart. He is always looking out for the best interests of the Buyers, and past clients have expressed that to me which is why I put him on the list of good inspectors to check out.
