So, it’s clear that having showings is not necessarily the final result of listing a house. However, it does lead us to receiving an offer.
2 years ago my client listed her house in Cottonwood Heights with another agent. The listing did not go well. Obviously, it did not sell or I wouldn’t be listing it now.
I looked at the previous listing and the marketing was, “meh”. The price was also too high. And clearly the marketing and the list price make a difference in getting the home sold, or even having interest in it!
I listed the house on Friday and the Seller has been thrilled with the service she has received even before her house hit the market!
