I had some help the other day as I was preparing my latest listing in Cottonwood Heights.

First up is the son of my dear friend, Jennifer. I was feeling a bit stressed about getting everything done in time for our listing photo shoot. I decided to text Jen’s son, Jacob, who started his own window washing business. Jacob and his friends are in their senior year of high-school, and I’m always happy to support a young entrepreneur.

The boys showed up on time – a few minutes early, actually. They did a great job on the windows saving me time and stress. Text Jacob if you need your windows cleaned, and you do need your windows cleaned! 801-718-8336 *not Jacob pictured

I also had young, 9-month-old Mabel helping me with some spackling 😂 Such a cute puppy who just kept giving me kisses as I was trying to repair a small hole in the drywall. I enjoyed her help!

Luckily, I was able to catch a quick break to celebrate Novation Title Insurance Agency LLC 10th Birthday and see my escrow officer, Kristi Bowdish, and Tristan Hammett. I was also able to grab a quick bite to eat while looking like a scrub because I was doing dirty work at the new listing!

Then I was able to pop into Mansell Real Estate to print a few items for showings for a Buyer client later that afternoon. That was a quick pop-in to my desk as I had to rush back to the house in Cottonwood Heights to meet the photographer.

After that it was a quick drive home to shower and show condo’s downtown to my latest Buyer client.

It was a busy day, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to guide, advise, and serve my clients with their real estate needs.
