I really enjoy working commercial real estate, because I’m helping someone achieve their dream of owning their own business. There’s something special and magical about finding the right place for the business and then watching thrive!
It definitely takes work to find the right location for a commercial buyer. Many times I’m working with young businesses that are taking the leap to grow. I feel a sense of responsibility to find the right location with the right demographics to help their business grow. I think I get just as nervous as the business owners who are making a purchase! Yet, I have been fortunate enough to celebrate the wins of my commercial real estate clients. For there truly is nothing greater than running your own businesses.
My client is very excited, and definitely not in a rush at all (hahaha), to see this space become a new business and welcoming to all people.
This day was one step closer to completing someone’s dream 🥰
