I’ve been working with a new set of Buyers and we were viewing properties on a Monday afternoon. They liked one of the homes we saw, and we all had opinions of the color choice of one of the bedrooms.
The color wasn’t quite brown.
But it wasn’t quite yellow either.
I dubbed it…
Brellow!
I was working through some comparable sold properties to let them know thoughts on pricing and how it compares to the neighbors house, which sold earlier this year.
This might be the most important reason to use me as your Realtor. I’m checking what recently sold and what opportunities are available to Buyers. Is the house they like priced correctly? How does it compare to other homes that recently sold in that area? Where will the wiggle room be for negotiations? Finally, what can be done to improve the house they want to purchase so they can gain equity? And how much equity can they gain from some improvements?
I’m able to dig up all of this information and provide it to my Buyers so they make the best, most educated decision. Especially with this Buyer who wants to know what the Average Retail Value of the home would be once they are finished making improvements.
Along the way I also like to make up ridiculous names for oddly colored walls 😂
